Payments can be made either by cash or by check. (1st time customers should provide payment in cash during the cleaning appointment.)
If it is necessary to cancel a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please also be sure to inform Victorious Cleaning Service of any changes to your regular cleaning schedule. *Last minute cancellations are subject to a minimum fee to compensate our cleaners for their time and lost wages. (please refer to Cancellation policy)
Gratuities, while not required, are greatly appreciated by our cleaning staff.
Yes. If for any reason your regular cleaner is unable to make the scheduled appointment, a Victorious Team Member will contact you in advance to ask permission to send another cleaner, or you may reschedule your regular appointment.
All of our workers are highly trained and professional. However, if any damage does occur, please notify us as soon as possible and we will address the problem. (Victorious Cleaning Service is fully bonded and insured.)
